Marlene has an integrative and holistic approach drawing on various psychotherapeutic disciplines depending on what is best suited to you as an individual. Her experience includes treating a wide range of issues in a variety of psychotherapeutic settings. She has worked in private practice with individuals, couples and groups and have extensive experience as a lecturer, supervisor and trainer of psychotherapists.

Before training as a psychotherapist, Marlene worked at a senior level as a professional within commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

Marlene has a wealth of experience in dream exploration therapy gained over years of working with people from all walks of life with various therapeutic needs.

She has been teaching dream work to psychotherapists through the means of postgraduate courses, workshops and dream groups; and has shared her knowledge with the research community at international conferences. Marlene has worked extensively on her own dreams and experienced for herself how transformative this way of working can be. Her ground-breaking Masters’ Research was into dreams and exploring dreams.

Marlene is an experienced retreat guide and has run both individual and group retreats across the UK.
